Is OnlineMedEd enough on its own? Or do I need other resources like UWorld?

Yes; OnlineMedEd is a great, sole resource. OnlineMedEd was designed as a fully-integrated platform that gives you everything you need to crush your boards and provide the right foundations for residency. 

Between our 200+ hours of video, hundreds of pages of notes, thousands of USMLE-style vignettes, 10,000+ flashcards, dozens of clinical cases, and more—our curriculum is all-encompassing.

Note that OnlineMedEd is not everything you need to be a successful, practicing physician. We want you to learn everything you need to know and give you what's necessary at each stage of your medical education; then when you choose a specialty, you'll begin to dive deeper into the area that matters to you.
