My school gave us access to Case X but I can't access it?

Here are a few reasons why certain students might have trouble accessing Case X:

  1. Students will NOT have received an activation email. Their accounts were automatically created and activated. They WILL be receiving a welcome email instructing them to set their own password.
  2. Our system detects if the student already has an account and when possible, provides Case X access on their existing account in an attempt to avoid duplicates.  Please remember to check under personal email addresses too, as our system will fuzzy-match as best it can, even if the emails don't match exactly.
  3. Unfortunately, at this time, we don't have the ability to merge two accounts.  If this feature becomes available in the future, we will let you know.
  4. If anyone needs to reset their password - they can do so at this link.  Then follow the prompts.
