My school gave us access to Case X but I can't access it?
Here are a few reasons why certain students might have trouble accessing Case X:
- Students will NOT have received an activation email. Their accounts were automatically created and activated. They WILL be receiving a welcome email instructing them to set their own password.
- Our system detects if the student already has an account and when possible, provides Case X access on their existing account in an attempt to avoid duplicates. Please remember to check under personal email addresses too, as our system will fuzzy-match as best it can, even if the emails don't match exactly.
- Unfortunately, at this time, we don't have the ability to merge two accounts. If this feature becomes available in the future, we will let you know.
- If anyone needs to reset their password - they can do so at this link. Then follow the prompts. https://www.onlinemeded.org/reset
