What if my item is never delivered?

OnlineMedEd will ship your package via USPS and provide you with a tracking number. However, we are not responsible for items being stolen or misplaced if sent to unsafe locations like dorm rooms, or left outside apartments. Please ensure that you are sending to a safe location before proceeding with a purchase. With that said, if the tracking number shows that the item was never delivered, we will replace it!
